Ugh. I chipped one of my front teeth, and now have to come up with money to fix it. It's disappointing, and frustrating, but this is when trusting God comes in handy. It's comforting to know He cares about me enough to help find a way to get it fixed. I took Sadie to get her teeth cleaned. I haven't taken my dogs to get their teeth cleaned until this year. As I just got Sadie, I wanted to make sure everything was okay with her. As they get older their oral health really affects their heart and brain health. If only getting MY teeth fixed cost as little as getting her teeth cleaned. I have to think dentists make just as good as money as regular doctors. Having no dental insurance is a big problem, but even with insurance it's a lot of money.

Wow, did you bang your tooth on something? That's how I chipped mine years ago. Your totally right, dentists are really expensive! But that is one person we have to see twice a year to maintain our dental and physical health. Having Infected teeth or gums can be very serious even life threatening. Hope your visit goes well.

You might want to see if you can find a low cost dental clinic in your area. There is one here, and the dentist put a filling on my front tooth that I chipped years ago..it had one on and it wore down..so it looked like one tooth was a bit shorter than the others. She fixed it for the cost of the dental visit.

You are right that a dental service costs a lot nowadays. But we cannot escape that.

How did you chip your tooth? Dental costs are extremely high; and you're right...they make as much as regular doctors.

Aw I'm sorry to hear that. I'd ask around, maybe see who charges more reasonable in your area. Good point, God will help you find a way

Although I know chipping a tooth is no laughing matter, I had a funny thought about barking like a dog and walking into the vet . I hope the fix doesn't cost too much.

Dental work is a necessary and costly evil in our lives. I hope that something shifts in your budget to allow you to get your tooth fixed.

I am sorry, I paid the bill of my dentist this morning, the dentist is the only thing not covered by the National health insurance here.

You’re right. Even with dental insurance, it still costs a fortune to get teeth repaired. I hope that you do find a way to get your chipped tooth fixed.

Certainly dental work can cost an arm and a leg. We're lucky to have insurance.

I'm so glad i have insurance. Not that i use it since i haven't been in like 2 years at least. Besides for emergency appointments to get xrays to get referrals to get wisdom teeth out lol. And i do need to go, like bad. Lol
