I called the Health Center, and the person I got a hold of switched me over to a nurse, who I explained the problem to. The other day when I went to the doctor about my cough, I also said there was a pain in my left ear. The doctor I saw looked, and said there was a lot of wax in my ear. She prescribed me ear drops after asking me if I had any perforations in my eardrum (left ear). I said no, but my brain was totally foggy at the time, and some time after (I think the next day) I went, "Oh, yeah! I do have a perforation in my left eardrum!" So, that's why I called. As I wrote above, I explained the problem to the nurse, and she said she would contact my regular doctor (as the one I saw the other day was not) and see what she said, and they would call me back. Phew...good thing I don't have anywhere to go today.
