A lap full of cat

Tinker is a "big boy" cat, but I think he believes he is a tiny abandoned kitten. He wants to explore, and take on the world, but if he is lost, or something startles him, he is crying like a baby kitten. He was outside a bit ago, with an open door to come back. Suddenly I hear hissing and he runs inside, trampling Mickey. I look, but see nothing, no one. As soon as I sat down here, he was in my lap, purring away. I saved him from the big bad whatever it was. He is making it hard to work on the computer. I wish he would go sleep on Bob's feet.

Awww, poor Tinker, maybe it was a leaf blowing in the wind that threatened to land on him and your lap is much softer and warmer than Bobs feet.

Bob thought maybe a fox, but I suspect a local stray.

@rebelann He does not know that he is a really big boy. He is less than a year old still.

That’s so cute! I wish Doodles was a lap cat, but he keep me in his sight at all times.

scaredy cat! My dog is like that too. She is pretty small but she thinks she’s a puppy and can jump all over our heads and chests etc.

The two cats of my neighbors do not jump on my lap but they want to stay both on my feet, I give one each.

Aw, poor Tinker! Some animals are really scaredy-cats, aren't they? Even ones that look big and tough.

He usually tries to be big and bold, but it must have been a surprise to him.

My two are so different. One likes my lap the other doesn't except at night while watching tv.

Usually Tink does not come to the computer room, but he will always get on me if I am on the sofa.
