A Scammer Sent Me an Email

I have checked my emails again this evening and one of the emails made me curious. It was an email from a woman named Sharon YY from Crenova. She told me that she had known me on you tube and she said she had sent me a message on my youtube account. She wants me to try something on amazon and I can earn from it. This evening, a few minutes ago, I checked my youtube account if I have a message on it but I haven't. I read the email again which contains a link which I should click if I am interested. Then I should send my PayPal account to the link. Of course, I didn´t click the link, instead, I searched it online about it. Nada! Nothing. The older I get, the more skeptical I am to those who asked me my account and whom I have not given my email address either. To make the story short, I sent the email to my trash bin. Be careful if you receive an email from whom you don´t know who they are and where they get your email address. Money attracts money as what @Alexandoy said in his post. Money doesn´t attract me at all or else I have married a rich man. An intelligent mind and good manners attract me and not money. Would you click on that link immediately after you have read that message if you were me? Thank you and have a nice first day of March. Here´s a piece of music about Honesty. I love it

I haven't got a spam email asking for my account number or money transactions for a long time. The last two emails of a suspicious nature came from men who wanted to marry me because they had fallen in love with the photo I have posted online. Age-wise they could be my sons! The only photo I have ever posted online is the one I have here on my account site. Crazy!

@rappeter13 But there was no 'first sight'! There was never a 'sight'!

It was fun, isn´t it? Being asked to get married from men whom you don´t know. I received notifications that some men sent me messages. Of course, I ignored the messages. I didn´t open them. What for? It is indeed crazy. Thank you @MALUSE

My only puzzle is where do they get our email addresses. I get many scam or phishing emails, but I don't open them. I block the senders.

That is a big question? I don´t know either. I will block the sender as I forgot to do it but deleted the email. Thank you @rappeter13

I don't believe random people sending me email or promotions. Where is Crenova? Is that a place or name of organization?

@thelme55 It is better safe than sorry. If they started to ask personal questions especially bank and all, I got suspicious

My take on potential scammers, I don't talk to strangers online especially emails from strangers. I have more than a thousand scamming emails that I had collected since the beginning.

I get a lot of it. The usual I get are those warning that my apple id would be suspended if I don’t go to this link to update my account. So far I have not been convinced they come from apple since the link they give is nit from apple legit links.
