Do you use alarm clocks?

We all want to wake up in right time in the morning right?
But do you get up on your own?
I use set up alarm on my phone to wake up whenever I go to sleep.
I never used an alarm clock really.
Do you use your phone to set the alarm?or
Do you use alarm clocks?

I don't sleep good so I do wake up on my own, all hours of the night. But I also use my phones alarm clock every day to make sure I don't sleep past when I want to actually get up.

I have a digital alarm clock that rings around 9 o'clock in the morning. If the alarm clock does not work, I usually get up one hour later.

. I still remember doing that when I was in college and doing that to revise in the morning

Now ofcourse I use my phone. Around 20 years back i did use an alarm clock

I do not use alarm clocks, I am my own alarm clock at the time that I usually always awake before the hour ..
