I Used Muscles i Forgot I Had

Hello and Happy Wednesday Afternoon everyone! I went back to Line Dancing Class this morning, and used muscles i forgot i had, now they are screaming at me ??! I came home, and then went home to sit down for a few before going to Claus's (The Store behind me) to get the veggies i needed to go with the stew I am making, as well as some Lysol and a seventh generation spray! Spent last night cleaning my kitchen, because we had an inspection that went really well! Now I'm finally able to relax, yay! But boy are my muscles not liking me at the moment ??! Anyway that's what I've been up to so far, how about you?
