Shooting incident

Philippines

To be honest, I really thought this was related to the hostage taking at the mall I was wrong. There was this local celebrity that was nearly assassinated in her van by two scooter dudes or riding tandem. People mostly speculate that she might be a victim of mistaken identity because of her black van. But a few people think it's a gimmick / scripted (without her knowledge) just to distract the people from the Media Network's franchise troubles were she works for. He believed that it's impossible to missed her. She survived by falling a sleep and dodged the bullet by a few meters. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49CWK6TYuqQ

I don't speculate to comment as to the motive either it is planned or not. Drama in real life is full of mystery only God knows.

Hello @Nakitakona Yeah regardless of the motive, it was still all drama and people just got hooked in it otherwise.

@Letranknight2015 What had happened according to news reports to the local celebrity is a mistaken identity. Whatever it is when Kim is hit by bullet. That's the end of her life.

Well I do not think it can create distraction in fact it may attract more attention to the stations clamor to franchise renewal. I think if they want to distract do not create any news about anyone from the station itself. I am strongly believing it either a case of mistaken identity.

Hello @rsa101 I think they're still trying to get the law makers to pity on them with what happened to the actress. But I won't conclude on that yet.

@Letranknight2015 Oh I do not think that the station would orchestrate that since I know the station takes good care of their talents. The station can do many things to attract attention by not harming their talents. It just needs to be creative and not harmful.

Let's hope it WAS a publicity stunt or mistaken identity. Either way, shootings are problems everywhere. The key is to have more armed people. At least that way there is someone with sense who can take out a madman before he reaps gobs of carnage onto others.

There was only three of them when it happened @porwest but I'm also thinking that this was a huge case of mistaken identity.

@Letranknight2015 Or the driver or her other companion have some enemies... I don't think the heated situation was on her...
