I walked Angel, then came home to pull some weeds out front. When I got home, I put Angel in, went out back via the gate to get the bucket, since the back sliding glass door has been giving me such a problem opening and closing... Then got out front and realized I had taken the key that had been hidden in the backyard inside, which meant I had no way to get back into the house. So, I went next door and asked if I'd ever given them an extra key (even thought I was 99% sure I hadn't), and he said no, but called a locksmith for me, who said he'd be there in about 1/2 an hour, maybe an hour if something came up. So, my neighbor said he had to do some things, and when he was done, he said he'd come over and see what he could do. In the meantime, I had plenty of weeds to pull out front, so I dragged the green yard waste can over and did that. The locksmith guy came over in half an hour instead of an hour, and took maybe three minutes to unlock the door, so, that problem was solved, and I went it, got the extra key that Mom had once left with another neighbor that moved, and gave it to the neighbor next door, who had finished what he was doing and came over just after the locksmith had gotten there. So, I got quite a few weeds pulled anyway. Now, I need to take some laundry out to the garage and possibly start a load. Hope your day/evening/etc. is going great in your part of myLot land !
