Hey everyone, how are you all doing?
I am back to share about my food and such for the day.
Weigh in? I went up to 186.4. Not sure what my last weigh in was to be honest. We'll see if I lose during this week though.
Blood sugars:
Fasting - 177
Meal 1 - 133
Meal 2 - -
Meal 3 - 100
Thankfully I got down to 100 by the end of the day.
What did I eat?
Meal 1 -
2 fried eggs and 2 servings of sausage
Meal 2 -
Can of tuna with mayo and no sugar added ketchup
1 slice of cheese
Meal 3 -
Egg salad ~ 3 eggs with 2 tbsp mayo and a little mustard.
1 serving of sausage
Macros for the day:
Calories - 1,477
Protein - 79
Fat - 121
Carbs - 9
I was successful at keeping my carbs super low today which is great. I do know that my calories are pretty high, but I am more concerned with keeping my carbs as low as possible.
How do you think I did? Do you follow a low carb way of eating yourself?

Wow, you did very well indeed - so well done and way to go Today I've been doing well, mainly grazing on no-carb stuff such as beef jerky, health bars, natural full-fat yoghurt and roast chicken as and when I needed to because I had loads of work to get through :) Tonight I'm having my leftover creamy chicken, mushroom and quinoa and corn pasta.

@MommyOfEli2013 You're most welcome :) I find the scale is not always accurate, though LOL What do your clothes say? I try to avoid the scale because I almost always come away depressed. So, don't take it too much to heart :)
Oh yes, the chicken, mushroom and quinoa & corn pasta was lovely - thanks :)

@Lushlala Well I find the scale tells me if I did good or bad the day before lol. If it goes up I ate too much or too many carbs. My clothes fit exactly the same lol. Sorry that you feel that way about the scale, but I do too when I see it go up.

Thank you, although the scale doesn't say I did well lol. Glad you did well too...and that is good to snack on no-carb, or low carb things. Hope you enjoyed your chicken, mushroom and quinoa & corn pasta

I think you did quite well. No, I don't follow a low carb diet. I love my carbs. I had a bowl of macaroni bean soup.
