Better Avoid Traveling

We had lunch with our son today. He is working in a company who sells hospital products. There is a stop on sending products abroad because the German population also need the products like face masks, disinfectant liquid and etc.
He told us that what we heard in the news about the death of coronavirus here in Germany is not really true. We don't have only 3 deaths but more.
As my better half and I have weak lungs, we should avoid traveling and attending events to avoid catching the virus. Anyway, we have already decided not to go to Holland this weekend.
Do you still travel or attend an event near you?
Thanks for reading. Keep safe Mylotters. God bless us all.
The photo is where I want to go again this weekend but I have changed my mind. Better see it next time.

Holding off some events for now is better. Our President issued his statements last night. Flights from and going to Manila will be stopped on March 15 until about middle of April.

I have heard the news about that. I think it is a good decision of the President. I have read on FB that there is 1 coronavirus patient in Cagayan de Oro. Please keep safe. Thank you @florelway

That's a lovely photo. We are thinking of traveling in September; but it all depends on what the virus is doing at the time.

I hope by then, there will be a vaccine against that virus and it is no longer so scary for us to travel. Thank you @LindaOHio

@thelme55 The vaccine in the US will take 12-18 months to develop. Maybe the virus will have run its course by then?

I think that it is almost impossible to get out of Romania, currently. So, I would not even try.

We went to the optician yesterday but I took hand sanitiser with us. We are going to horse events taking photos but we don't really get that close to too many people and we're out in the back blocks, not really mixing with at-risk people. So mostly we're going on as normal.

Social distancing is advised by government. 2 cases can result in community quarantiine so you might get caught up in it. Better stay put.
