So Many ... What Abouts?

It's sad to say but, I think Life is going to be so different from all we've ever known. I am hearing hints of travel restrictions between ... states in our own country ... as a precaution to prevent spread of the coronavirus. Gracious, that will cause so much more grief to everyone especially when their family members live in another state. That is the case here where I live ... everyone is from another state or another country. In Washington state, it saddened me to see on the news family members outside the nursing home looking in through windows at their loved ones ... parents. I saw tears, heard the anguish in their voices. They are concerned about how their parents, grandparents are being cared for ... because ... so much staff is out sick. I felt my chest tighten up feeling their pain. I can see the reason for panic in this situation ... their loved ones really aren't being cared for 100%. Some people are going to feel pain from other things besides the necessary foods, supplies we are used to having. You can probably tell I am deep-thinking as it my nature to. I can see people who are very used to having their nails done, eyebrows groomed ... hair removal ... hair styled ... buying new outfits ... going out to eat ... buying drugs, cigarettes, and alcohol ... fast foods, gas ... are going to be suffering. These are luxuries, not necessities. I think people will realize the difference very soon ... at this time they think of them as necessities. Well, in one sense they are when we work in public jobs ... we have to look our best. Then ... I think of people who go for chemo, radiation treatments ... kidney dialysis ... and such things. These are life-saving ... I worry about this. People who need surgery or have an emergency ... go into a hospital only to become sickened with the coronavirus could die. This is a fear I'm not sure anyone is thinking of it yet. One woman went into a nursing home just for a few weeks until she recovered from knee surgery ... now, she is very ill with coronavirus ... she might not ever get to leave. What about the people who are creating shortages by being selfish ... buying up everything people need? Gracious, can't they see that besides what is happening ... nothing else is different in the toliet paper world, hand sanitizer world. No one needs to panic ... the toliet paper, hand sanitizer will be there for everyone if everyone would calm down. The stores could go on as normal as possible, people keep their distances when out. I can't see that happening anytime soon, can you? Everything I hear now is ... it's going to get worse before it gets better. I do admit to feeling a little stab of fear in my chest when I hear those words but, I'm not going to panic. I think I'm more afraid of what people will begin doing when they aren't at their jobs earning money for their lifestyles. I'm afraid there will be increases in robberies, murder ... anything to just take someone's toliet paper, hand sanitizer away from them. I was trying to joke for a moment, I realize this isn't a joking matter. I mean ... oh my, in the supermarkets ... Walmart ... we are seeing people becoming angry trying to take toliet paper packages out of someone's shopping cart! They feel they have the right to do that ... the other person figures they have the right to buy as much as they want. Fighting breaks out! My solution is for these supermarkets, stores to get their acts together ... put a strict limit on all ... putting a stop to all this greediness, selfishness. Enforce rules, make people abide by them or just leave. We have to have calm, order. I think about in the huge cities where people live on top of each other ... gangs that are terrritorial ... criminals ... people who are already up to no good, always will be up to no good ... soon, they will begin preying on others to take from them. What about prostitutes? What about the homeless people? What's to protect them from getting this new virus, spreading it ... causing destruction in its path? What about the man who has coronavirus ... caught going into bars trying to deliberately spread it to others? What about? Yes, there are so many ... what abouts?

@GrannyGee In my country they have limited travel from here to other places. Also when someone has come here then they go into quarantine. This virus has changed so many things. You are a very caring person and feel things. Take care and stay safe.

We went out to buy groceries today and pick up medicine. We wore masks and so were other people. We didn't get close to anyone. It seems people are getting the message where we live to stay 6 ft apart. I'm so glad. Gracious, it was strange to see so many businesses closed. You can drive up to them to order, pick up food but, one can't go inside to eat a meal now. They don't seem to be limiting the travel here yet unless like coming in on a plane, ship or something ... then they make them quarantine themselves for 14 days. Take care, Hanni. Gloria

I heard about the guy from Japan. He told a woman he wants to spread it everywhere, and the woman caught it.

Oh my, my. I was so surprised when I heard of him doing that ... to intentionally set out to destroy others.
