So I've been watching some of this on the news and on Facebook.
I've also been watching it play out in the grocery stores.
So many people are freaking out. I can understand some concern but the freak out is officially driving me insane. The emptiness of the grocery store shelves is ridiculous.
I can understand that some people are self-quarantining as well. I can get behind that.
However, this level of freak-out should not be happening.
How are you dealing with this "pandemic"?

I am washing my hands every time I either have a meal or take out the trash and other errands.

I did that before the virus. We mostly just watch what we do a little more closely but other than that we haven't changed anything.
