How fast do you type?

I made about trying out myLot on phone, too. It was okay, but it is much slower than on PC/laptop. I type faster and more accurate on a PC or laptop and I enjoy it more. On my phone, there is the Hungarian autocorrect that changes English words into Hungarian, so it is even slower.
At home, I have a laptop. It is faster, but the pointer has some problems, so, there are some malfunctions, here, too. But when everything is alright, I think I type at least 4 times faster than on phone. I don't look at my keyboard while typing.

thankfully I learned how to type in middle school, otherwise I'm sure I'd be terrible at it. I want to say I did about 65 words a minute when I was tested a few years ago. learning to type on a computer has definitely helped me typing on my phone as well, even though I use different fingers for each.

I was never tested, but I think I cannot type that fast. As for phone, I use only one finger to type there. The letters are too small.

@JudyEv I can relate to that. I try to write as correctly as I can, in every language. In the past, I rarely made mistakes in Hungarian, but I make more nowadays.

@rappeter13 I'm not in other ways but I don't like putting out shoddy writing.

How does it feel? Does it feel that you type fast or not that fast?

@Sojourn Autocorrect is one thing that makes me avoid using myLot on phone.

Am using smartphone most of the time. Better to use laptop but it's handy and convenient to use phone nowadays. Am using voice command function so it's faster lol.

That is great! I never tried it, only on Messenger. It took me more, because I had to correct many words.

I have learned typing in high school so it is the touch system for me. But that works very well on my desktop's keyboard that my fingers are used to. With the laptop I am slower and with the gadgets using the virtual keyboard is punishing.

I guess we are the same, we have the same preferential order: 1.PC, 2. Laptop, 3. Phone and other gadgets.

@Alexandoy That is true! It is similar to a PC keyboard.

@rappeter13 if I would be using the laptop every day I guess my fingers will get used to the keyboard.
