When Someone Raised Voice at You

Shops at Malls here are closed except for supermarket, pharmacies, and hardware shops. Today's morning, my destination was at the office of Home Development and Mutual Fund for an inquiry located in one of the malls. At the entrance of the mall, you need to follow some protocols. Upon reaching the office on on second floor, it's noticeable how they prevent themselves. Aside from the distance between client and employee, they also put a glass division in every counter unlike before that it's open. When it's my turn to transact at the inquiry, I presented my ID while the woman inside with mask gives instruction that was not audible to me. You cannot get closer to the window since there are chairs blocking in front plus the voice caller for the next number called for other window is what I've heard. So I ask back but but she raised her voice. That time I understand that she want to me to show the front of my ID so that she can see my identity without the need to pick it out for validation. She's afraid that I might be a potential virus carrier.

Yes, we should. Safety measures were already implemented at the entrance.
