Frustration.

I received a notice from my dental provider that they have not received payment for my dental insurance.
I had my payments (about $55/month) on auto-pay. But then there was a security breach at my bank, and they issued me a new credit card with a new number.
I knew this would be inconvenience, as I would have to change the credit card number on file at my medical provider, L.L. Bean, Fast-Trak (allows me to avoid toll booths), eBay, etc.
I called Delta Dental, let them know of my situation, gave them my new credit card number, re-commenced auto-pay. and thought I had resolved issue.
And then this letter. The story continues:
I called the 800 number provided in the letter, was (ostensibly) transferred to an "associate," and then found myself listening to a recorded message about how associates are being protected from the Coronavirus.
Then they hung up on me.
So I am now faced with not knowing whether my have dental insurance, and not being able to do anything about it.
Have you experienced any similar runarounds lately?

Sorry about your situation. Calling the toll free numbers and put on hold on a recorded message is really annoying. I have experienced it a few times. Hope your issue gets resolved soon.

@wolfgirl569 They do. But I struggle with online sites. I can rarely get through.

Hope this gets settled for you real soon.
It is only the national government and their cronies that are giving the whole Philippines a runaround... for the past three years.

There's going to be more and more of this as more businesses shut down because of the virus.
