Another Loaded Baked Potato for Dinner

The rain has started up again. And it will go into the night. Oh well. Sounds good on the screen room roof. The cats are out enjoying the smell and sound in the chairs.
Decided on a loaded baked potato for dinner. When things get better and fresh vegetables can be found, I will add a salad. But for now the potato will be a nice meal. Very filling with all the toppings.
Butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits on top. Works for me.

@CarolDM I will have to make one soon..we had a restaurant down in Tennessee that sold nothing but loaded potatoes and they were so good.

That looks delicious. I love baked potatoes and mine is exclusively vegetarian. It's raining here too since evening.

All we ever had on baked potatoes was butter. But was never filling. Plus i like to have meat with my potatoes, usually.

Potatoes are so easy to use as the base of a meal here. As long as we have some veggies to put with the potatoes, we are set!
