My shoulders and back are pretty sore--especially my shoulders. I think it's mainly from the other day shopping, and having bags that were to heavy and then carrying them into the house. Then today I did some yard work, although I started feeling a tad worn out when I was doing that. My shoulders and back started aching this evening--though when I took Angel for her afternoon walk my spinal stenosis started to kick in and my legs got a little numb. Ain't it fun getting old ? I guess tomorrow I'll try to take it easy-well, easier--there's still things I want/need to get done around here.
