We got our girl for a bit, let me explain that we are still allowed to see family yay, and that I can now help her log on to her homework page, but I had forgotten she was on Spring Break lol!
I met her Mom at the Mercantile because I needed to see if they had flour unfortunately they didn't ugh! I guess for now I'll have to do without.
I'm talking openly to Little Miss about what's happening and why the rules are in place, but she of course misses her friend's, her teachers, everyone

We've been put on lockdown for two weeks. It has only been one week and it feels like a month. And we are pretty sure that it's going to go longer than the original two weeks. Canada was the last country to be hit so we are just beginning the fight.

We're on lockdown too, but thankfully there are exceptions and I can still see my niece.

@Michellekidwell Well, some people still have to work... like my husband, my daughter who works at the airport, and her fiance who works in hvac. I was a little leery about him coming into our home as he is out in the community.

It is good to explain the situation and what is going on. Sometimes it is good to hear it from another voice other than a parent. Glad you can spend sometime together!

Definitely, I am too, I'm thankful that the Governor said we could still see family and the such, I couldn't imagine not seeing her for weeks on end.
