At times like this when you are required to stay at home, you have enough time to do household chores.
Tonight, I cooked a simple meal for dinner from a can of corned beef, potatoes, onions, garlic and a little of tomato sauce. The finished product is in the photo. It would be good if I put another color on the dish probably greens. It's late when I realize it would be better if I add some green peas.

@hereandthere Not especially those pure beef dishes. I don't know but it's smell is not that appealing to me.

i didn't know you can add tomato sauce to canned corned beef.
i'm okay with potatoes, but i like shredded cabbage better, especially if half-cooked and crunchy.
i don't think i'll the green peas.

@ZedSmart won't it change the taste? tomato sauce is sour.
when we don't have veggies, i add an egg and keep mixing under low heat until it's a little dry.

@hereandthere it's not sour and I believe it enhanced the taste and nutrition too.
