Improving routine ...

In times of quarantine when the nurse is overwhelming, I have created a new routine for my days, since you cannot go for a walk on the street, I start the day by going around the house for 30 minutes and then I do an exercise routine that includes squats , exercises for the arms, legs and waist for an hour, to then do the housework and of course to be here for a while in Mylot. How are your days, friends?

For most places, we can still go walking outdoors, as long as it isn't in highly congested areas and such. But it is good to find indoor exercises you can do!

I also workout at home and weights.Keep moving is my motto here.
