Pimples on the back

My youngest sister is a pimple face but not the whole face. Pimple is really her problem. She already treat it with anti pimple roll on medication. I'm so amazed that she is having pimples in the back. I didn't know it's possible. Maybe too much stress at work

Steroids can cause pimples on the back too. My sister suffered from acne as a teen, and she had them on her face, and upper back.
