To keep an 11 year old educated and thirsting for knowledge, living out in a rural area with the woods essentially in our back yard, does allow for more freedom for us to explore outdoors away from people there are a couple of houses hidden in the back, but there far enough where we don't both them and they don't bother us.
She's taken after me when it comes to photography, and she's a really good artist so that has been our focus today. I'm just looking for some other fun educational things to do!

Thank you, I will, I like the idea of looking into which wild plants are for food and medicine but I know not everyone lives in a rural area, and now we have a storm coming in but we may do a tour of the Louvre since Little Miss loves art...

Thankfully I don't have anyone to entertain but me.
