Many of us are stuck at home because of the coronavirus pandemic. Some people are taking advantage of this to try to make money with scam calls. I and other people have been deluged with fake calls lately, one after another.
Today I got a call from the Dallas County Courthouse in Texas, USA. Something about items and charges.
They just called again with a different message, Victim's Assistance Unit and I have to call the number to avoid legal action. I have no idea what they are talking about.
It is funny that the Dallas Courthouse is in Seagoville, Texas.
Have you been getting more scam calls than usual? What are they saying?

@amitkokiladitya They say that the worst is yet to come. That is very frightening.

Actually, I have gotten less, I don't know what they are saying because I don't answer the phone for them.

It is usually when I am trying to sort out something on a computer page and have just reached a critical point that the phone rings with a scam call! I then have to get up and answer the phone, which is in a different room. Very annoying!

I have a phone call every day. As soon as I answer they hang up. Are they checking that nobody is home? I hung as soon as possible. nd I don“t read mails from anyone if it is not from the people I know.
