While this lockdown has tremendous effect on our daily life cycle that we are confined to a place, we can not move around, can not attend to our duties by which our earning for livelihood has been jeopardized and so on. There are some positive effects on our lives which we were deprived of due to our busy schedule: Timely getting up and timely going to bed. Sufficient time to carry out morning routines pranayam and yoga. Performing pooja and meditation. Sufficient time to rest. Timely intake of food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sufficient time to spend with family. What do you think about this?

I stay home most of the time, no errands except for the supermarket which is only twice a week. We have saved on gas.

Of all the good effects remember we may have to starve someday for the shops are remaining closed indefinitely.

We may not fully but yes we may not feed ourselves the way we are used to do normally. That is another positive. We shall keep ourselves fit by reducing the weight.

@msdivkar What about the shopkeepers who are not allowed to open their shops? They may have to starve because of their loss.

It is great you find positive sides of this. It is really good time for rest but not only for rest. We can spend time doing something useful.
