Stop shouting

I really wonder why people need to shout? I mean shouting is their hobby?
This morning one of my neigbor called his daughter to take a shower and she shouted out loud. Her daughter is near her so it's easy for her daughter to heard her call
But she shouted out loud many times, but the worst thing is she hit her daughter on the shoulder I was shocked to saw her hit her own daughter and the kid is crying because of her mother do to her.
But of course I don't have right to stop her. But for me it's not a good behavior as a mother to her daughter.

Shouting at her daughter is verbal abuse and hitting her daughter, is physical abuse! In our country, that woman would be put in jail, if someone reported this to the police:( It's wrong, at all times

Shouting comes as an expression of our feelings, mostly. Sometimes it is very useful.
