It's something that we rarely think about, but it's important to know them because that gives us better understanding of oneself and how we function..... Plus, it also gives a set of motivation, and help us in dealing through tough times Mine strength would be that I am very patient, I usually don't loose calm that easily... What's yours????

I have had many challenging events in my life from being a young carer, to being "odd", to dealing with the loss of the person I cared for and loved more than anyone else in the world. I guess my "superpower" would be that ,no matter how many times I come close to giving up, I am undeniably resilient.

I think that my biggest strength is my "common sense".

Mine would be I learned coping mechanisms due to my depression anxiety disorder. I know what to tell myself like This too shall pass. And I look at what I have left and make use of it.
