Zone leaders of every community here are tasked to deliver the food supply in every household. This is the response of every local government to their constituents in this time of crisis. Rice is the most staple food in the Philippines so they are rationing rice to every household. Some places include can goods and other basic commodities but we consider it lucky enough to received rice alone because it's the only aid given by our community leaders. For the third time after the declaration of enhanced community quarantine, our household already received a bag of 2 kilo rice. Cash assistance is also expected to arrive in the coming days to individuals badly hit financially without other source of income.

I agree Ms.D. especially those people affected most economically. Those people who earns enough only for their daily needs without other source of income or savings at times like this.

That is very good news. It must be a nightmare for the authorities.
