Leftover Meatloaf Sandwich for Dinner

Having a leftover meatloaf sandwich for dinner. One thing I enjoy about making meatloaf is knowing there will always be leftovers. It makes for a great sandwich. Not my photo but I am making one similar. I will add a little cheese and grill it for a couple of minutes to toast the bread, sort of like a grilled cheese. Dinner will be ready shortly. Wish I could invite you all to come over. Maybe another time. Take care and stay safe everyone.

Oh good. And the best part is you can change it up, add this or that. I may add mayo and mustard.
