Niece Artwork#2

My niece has this new hobby. She likes to draw and paint by following youtube tutorials. She now tries to apply what she learnt. Maybe she can improve her skills by attending actual workshops. By the way I don't know what this art is all about. This is an old CD suppose to be trash but converted into a simple piece of art.

I like it very much, except for those swelled areas of the arm. Are they there for a reason?

That I don't know. Perhaps, it's intentional but It can't really guess. That was also pointed out by Madam M.-L.
