Thank God there is not! I am usually fooled by many during this time of the month because I always forgot this day.
When I think about what we are going through now because of the pandemic, I would prefer to be fooled again by my friends or family today. Well, we couldn´t choose, could we?!
I have video chatted with my relatives in the Philippines this afternoon. I was updating what is going on in my hometown. My relatives told me that not all people can receive help from the government. There will be a list of those who are given food like rice and cans of sardines. Of course, the relatives who live in my house will not be given help as they are living in a big house. They said that is unfair because it is not their house. I told them to remember those politicians during the election. Don´t vote for them.
Anyway, they are lucky to have me and my husband especially in times of crisis. At least my other siblings don´t have to worry much because we (including my sister and my nieces in Holland) are always with them financially.
Thank you for reading. I hope you have a nice start of the month. The photo is the window of my dining room.

Lot of my fellow teachers have made april jokes for their classes today. They're teaching online, and done different variations of "You have to resit the whole year", "Summer holiday is cancelled" etc.
I think that's quite fun, it's not as if the joke goes on for very long and some laughter now is quite good.
It's great that your supporting your relatives.

Same uneven distribution is happening in our place, they are giving aid first to the 4 clusters of informal settlers while the 4 private gated communites in our barangay don't get any till now. People in the gated communities are those who pay taxes for the city treasury
I don't need what they have to give, I have ample supplies but fair is fair besides not all homeowners are prepared for the lockdown
No offense but I hope you are not spoiling your relatives. I see a lot of our countrymen turn lazy because they have somebody to depend on who works abroad, I'm glad though that you get to help people.
