The truth is that my messed up sleep last night and this morning is keeping me from concentrating and getting things done.
I have to get off the computer earlier tonight. And go to bed.
We have a leftover stew to eat tonight. I just will warm it up.
I made a chocolate cake, too.

I had a mix in my pantry that has been there a while. It makes baking easy. We have stay at home orders, unless we must get groceries or do some essential stuff.

@GardenGerty We too can just go out for groceries and essentials but I have not stepped out of my house. My neighbour gets me the vegetables or milk when they step out. Rest I am managing with whats at home.

I have kept taking my meds at a spec time, they pretty much then push me to sleep at a decent hour

I only have one script and it is for my diabetes. Keeping regular hours is good for us.

Good luck in sleeping early.

I am trying to keep my munchies under control by eating right, including dessert at a meal time if I have any. I seem to not snack as much then.

@GardenGerty I have been counting my calories. That decides what I can have if anything extra. I compare it with my exercise. If I have had an active day I can eat more.

I think not following a routine is part of why I get these early morning headaches. I am going to try to do better. I am also trying to make sure I get exercise.

I always seem to have leftovers when I make anything. And that is good. I got good sleep last night as well. Hope your chicken pie was yummy.
