This is the Ox Box from Asian Box in Palo Alto, California. This is a popular dish made with beef chunksxwith Asian seasonings and an egg. There are also pickled vegetables. It has jalapeno peppers which are sliced,chopped peanut bean sprouts,and cucumber. It has their signature red hot sauce as well. It is a very good and nutritious meal
