My family and my therapist adviced me to try to teach people English. But I am not sure if my English is good enough. They think I am good and I could teach English. But I forgot many words and I don't feel I am good enough. What do you think about online teaching? Is this a good way to earn extra money? Do you know someone who has this job? Is it good for someone who has depression?

I have never done it. I know that one myLotter here has done it before. Not sure if he is still doing it.

I think it's hard, but now that I'm teaching music online and getting the hang of it, I think it would be easier to teach a language. Teaching online is kind of fun. I have a friend who teaches kids in China English online and she loves it. I forget the name of the company though. I think she gets pretty good money but has to be up in the middle of the night because of the time difference.

Give it a shot and see how it goes. My friend was an ESL tutor before but she's decided to quit since it doesn't pay well.

My daughter is happy that the teachers in her children school are teachen online. But she has a problem because the teachers want the children to send tests to the schools at an hour when my daughter is working with her computer.

I am not too sure how it would go but I am considering online teaching as well.
