Second Walk Complete

As you can see from the picture above I'm closing in on 10K steps today. I timed myself on this walk around and it took half an hour to do 3000+ steps. I wore my hoodie and Navy cap. When I walked out the door I thought I was being hasty in that assumption it would be nice enough for it at this time of day. It was supposed to be 50 with calm winds. The air was still brisk but the sun felt good.
Next time I'm taking my camera. There were a couple of interesting things I saw this time around I didn't pay attention to before.
On this trip, unlike this morning, I saw four bicyclists, one other walker, and two robins. Traffic picked up too. One of those robins seemed to be encouraging me along. He was along the sidewalk in front of me, and when I got closer, he would hop a little further along, until he flew away to the trees. He did that three or four times.
So, this time was a little more adventurous with who and what I saw along the way.
With all the calories I consumed today, I'm considering two hours of bicep curls. If I can do two walks in one day. I can do two hours of curls. It's time to do that and watch my shows today while I get those two hours taken care of. I'll be back later for the thankful post.
How was your day today? Thanks for reading. The image is proof of my steps so far today.

Wow. Under two hours to get close to 10,000 steps. That's awesome! Takes me between 3 - 4 hours to do that.
Way to go for the steps too. So proud.

@Courtlynn Thank you. As of this moment, I have 3509 for the morning. More to come. I'll definitely be moving in half an hour when I go to FB for the live stream church service.

@amitkokiladitya Then don't risk it and workout inside.

I was just out walking, but I didn't have a step counter with me. It is probably a half a mile there and back, not a major walk.

That’s awesome. I walk 5,000 steps a day which is essentialLy nothing. But now that I can’t go anywhere it’s easier because I have nothing better to do all day. At least I’m going outside, it counts for something.

Ah you watch tv while you exercise? I'm sure that helps get it done

@just4him yeah, I assumed that it would, like a reward for moving, get to watch something.

It's good that you have both exercised your body and seen the scenery.

It is a beautiful day today and we spent our time in the sun and fresh air.
Good for you keeping up with your walks. We see many people passing by who would otherwise be at work!

My day was awesome. I did skip walking. Our lock down began Saturday so its back to the wet fields to walk.

That's a neat gizmo. It counts every step you make all day?
