"SHOOT to Kill"? that sucks!

Have you heard that rule? A rule from the north korea? Do you agree with that?
For me this "shoot to kill" is used to organized people. But it is already exceeding to the human right.
We accept that their are many hard-headed people, that go out and eventually get Inflected by the virus, but eliminating the person because he/she is Infected is against to human rights.
God gave us many chance not once but many times. As long as we live and still breathing the hope are still there! So please stop this rule!

This rule is worse than what the Nazis did to their people during their leadership of Germany since anyone who was not healthy who be executed.
