Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

After having Mexican food yesterday I started thinking about spinach dip. I have alway loved tortilla chips and spinach dip. I also add artichokes and cheese to the mix. This dip is also good with crackers. Not my photo, mine is still baking in the oven. Smells delicious. And for those of you on a diet, there are many recipes using low fat mayo and other ingredients you might be able to add. I just add frozen spinach, artichokes, mayo and whatever cheese I have on hand. Parmesan and Monterey Jack cheese works good. Have a favorite food you fix often?

Hubs does whatever cooking is done these days. One of my favorites is when he uses my recipe for BBQ ribs (or chicken). We like the thick country ribs.
