Splurged on a Hot Fudge Sundae

Splurged outside the normal box I usually stay in. But not much, just a small hot fudge sundae from the local Sonic drive-in. So good. Just enough to make my day. It was hard to decide between caramel and strawberry. Gives me a reason to go back. Enjoy your evening and weekend everyone.

That looks delicious. You know my all time favorite thing from Sonic is a real fruit frozen limeade? I don't know why, but I just love the tartness of that beverage! I hope you enjoy it.

I don't care for limeade. I like the strawberry fruit slush. But this is a close second.

@CarolDM It is something I used to get after eating Mexican at a restaurant nearby. The last dessert type thing I got at sonic was a peanut butter type of ice cream.

For me, the perfect hot fudge sundae is regular hard vanilla ice cream topped with hot fudge sauce, whipped cream, and a red cherry on top served in a glass tulip dish. Haven't had one in years. Your's looks yummy. We have to spoil ourselves sometime.
