The world will never be the same after the confinement

Each month at home is 2 kg more, I already feel the consequences of the confinement.
A new world standard of aesthetic excellence will come, made of big bellies with wrinkled skins, if this confinement lasts 2 months more. The fascinating beauty of the Paleolithic Venus who made Picasso and Giacometti crazy will be back.
Alright, maybe I should do something to lose weight, just in case it will not become a new standard...

You made my day I must confess that extra kilos also come when you quit smoking and other "vices".

@topffer I stopped smoking about 10 years ago. I don´t think that I gained weight because my metabolism changed, but because in the first month I ate lots of candy.

When we really stay at home doing nothing. Possible we get really big but if you give yourself some good home workout. I`m sure you`ll maintain or loose good weight.

I would like to know how people are doing to not take some weight actually. My main hope is in Prof Raoult who is telling now that this virus is seasonal and is disappearing. He tests thousands of people in Marseilles and said that he was discovering 300 cases/week 2 weeks ago and that it is 60 now. I really hope he is right and that the virus will be definitely gone soon.

I hear you tops its increased to just over 20,000 today on the News at least that is what they have said not me.
I just move a lot tops its a long story.
What about one of those bikes the static ones with hydraulic things so you don´t hurt your knees or feet something like that.
I don´t like the name they have given it like its going to be famous?
We overcame a lot of other things so we can do this one not easy but not too difficult.

@lovinangelsinstead21 Probably, but it would be better if the beast was vanishing in the nature instead of having to wait for a vaccine. Especially now that there are peoples who got it getting it again in China and South Korea, so it is not sure that having had it makes people immune...

I buy and bring a newspaper every morning to a 96 years old friend who has been ordered by his doctor to not leave his home. It makes me feel useful and it is a 1km walk. Except this, no. We are authorized to do a 1 hour walk at 1 km max from our home every day, to do shopping, to help peoples needing help, and to visit our doctor.

Confinement has had the opposite effect on me. I have lost a considerable amount of weight. Probably because I am horrible at cooking.

I'm trying very hard to LOSE weight. I'm usually home; so the confinement doesn't really give me an excuse to eat.

@topffer Yes, the older you get the harder it is. I also have the problem that I can't get around well; so I can't exercise.

I’ve been fortunate and was already exercising and eating healthy when this terrible virus showed itself.

The second time I went out for a bicycle ride (it was forbidden during the confinement), I felt on the road. I saw that like a sign of God wanting me to keep my kilos a bit more. What will be will be. I am not the author of this photo, I received it from a friend.
