So this is it, the finish product of my diligence
. The pickled papaya now packed in food grade containers. It yielded at least 6 of 300ml container and I think this will last for week as appetizer but I'll give some of these to my sisters.

I like the pickled papaya but we just buy. It's not easy to make.

@ZedSmart I actually rarely eat pickled papaya coz I'm not really fond of it. And I don't eat pork so if I were to choose among those three, I'd prefer grilled fish or chicken.
