Today's Adventure

I have to get out as early as 7 AM today so that I can get some cash from a nearby cash center. Although it takes more than an hour before being able to. There are a lot of people who were claiming some funds as well. I have to go around in circles trying to distance myself since I'm not sure why they keep on going within my personal space. "hello...ever heard of social distancing?"
After that, I picked up some food supplies from the stores on my way home. The usual grocery I go to is now closed as well as most of them. So trying to complete my list is like an Easter Egg Hunt!
But thankfully, I was able to get most of the stuff I planned to get.
Now we have enough supplies until April ends.
That means I don't have to go out of the house anymore. Unless some LGUs decided to give us more assistance, were already good to go in finishing this quarantine in peace.

I'm currently in my hometown now where they will give some cash assistance to everybody. In case we don't qualify for SAP, we can still expect 1,500 in cash from the Mayor here.

I hope so. I want to give out some food from the indigent people nearby. It seems that they are not getting help since their community didn't even receive quarantine pass. They can't get out of their homes to buy some food.

True. It's so challenging to even get out of the house now.

I'm glad you were able to get most of your items on the list. I hope you do get more assistance. Stay safe and healthy.

Thanks! Even if I am still earning something, I'm still a solo parent so it should qualify me for that assistance. I'm planning to give it away to those who really need it anyway.

It's best to stock as soon as you can in case something unexpected happens again.

It doesn't look like it. They said that they have already flattened the curve. So most likely it will not be lockdown anymore but they will still have to limit the number of people to be in one place at a time.

Don't you think this quarantine will end smoothly? Or would be extended even until May?

In my opinion, it should end in some parts of Luzon. But I'm not sure about the Metro, Manila since the military is getting ready in case they have to declare Martial law there if people will still keep on not following the rules.

@cherriefic I think the status of lockdown won't be lifted unless a vaccine is found. The President mentioned in his latest address to consider science in his decision to make. Let's wait and see.

That's great you already have the grocery at least till April. Cannot you order online?

Sadly, my area isn't deliverable right now because of the lockdown. Even the grocery stores nearby are running out of stocks.
