We call that " leche flan " in the Philippines which I think is a misnomer since it's made with a lot of eggs ( 6 to 10 egg yolks makes only 2 small " llanera" containers) and not leche or milk. Your flan looks delicious, I'm craving for one.

@Aquitaine24 my mother makes it most of the time but it's quite expensive, imagine 10 eggs and you use only the yolks to make just 2 small aluminum " llaneras" of course it could be modified to commercial type, less costly, with lesser eggs and lesser condensed milk but it won't taste as good ( just to kill the craving). Filipino Leche flan also has caramelized sugar cooked to perfection that makes it even more tastier.

.that sounds very good. Do you have it often? I believe this one was made at the grocery store. They also have chocoflan, gelitan with the Mexican flag colors, tree leches, rice pudding and more.

I miss the "leche flan" here which is creamier than what you have in the picture. But stores are closed and business are on a shut down.
