My phones outgoing activities were cut off few days ago since I already used up my spending limit as the text message explained. However, I can still receive incoming calls and texts. That's fine there's wi-fi anyway.
Today, I received text message from my telco that in order for me to continue to use, I should send a message to the assigned number to off the spending limit feature. I did, but the message can't be sent. Useless! Anyway, 23rd is my cut off for billing and on 24th is the beginning of new cycle.

I thought they extended the cutoff in this quarantine period.

@jvincent_129 Automatically it is cut off since the spending limit is activated and I think they're the once who can do that's why I was advised to message them but the number given is not active.
