Trouble logging in

I felt so bad that I can't retrieve my pay pal password. I still have the correct email link on it but it is asking for two way confirmation and I don't have the mobile number that was link there. I've been trying to retrieve many times but not successful.
So now I have to create a new one again. It really sucks when you need this kind of information's and cant do something to take it back.
Have you tried the same problem before?

Actually you need to confirm that mobile because without it it's not possible

Fortunately, I didn't. I've always kept my PayPal password secure because I have money in there and my card is linked in PayPal. Fortunately my phone has face recognition now and all my passwords are either protected by Touch ID or Face ID. So the truth is, I don't know anymore what my PayPal pw is but my computer and phone does. And even if I change my phone every single year, all my pw are transferred automatically.
I can't imagine if I'd lose my PayPal account.

@Kathze You can actually try PayPal's customer service. You can tell them that you don't have the same phone number anymore.

Maybe its because you have not used your paypal for a long time. Is there a balance money in there? I am able to to retrieve my paypal account because i always forget this paypal password. And i dont use paypal quite as often as before.

@Kathze Can you change it? the mobile number? less hassle is make another one. Unless that paypal account connects to a lot of sites. Tiresome to re-register a new paypal to each one. hehehehe

Not with paypal but with aome social networking sites. Those which i use very less.
