... And had a napmare... This seriously needs to stop. Bones and I had spent the day together. We were getting the 532 bus (which doesn't exist in Adelaide). The bus pulled in and the doors opened as soon as I stepped on Bones appeared by my side and nudged me gently telling me to go and find a seat. I nodded and chose a seat where the sun would shine in on our backs as we travelled. I smiled as Bones came to take his seat. He sat down and wrapped me up in his arms I giggled and he chuckled "I hope you enjoy the trip" he said as he nuzzled me. I put my hand on his arm "I'm excited." He smiled "I'm glad you are." *** I stirred in Bones' arms and looked around "Where are we?" He looked out the window and was silent for a moment "We are almost to our stop baby." My heart skipped a beat yay we were almost there. I sat watching Bones the shadows casting interesting patterns on his face and he locked eyes with me. My stomach flipped and I started to blush he was doing that smouldering thing. "can you stop?" he smirked. "why does it make you uncomfortable?" he teased while putting his hand on my leg. "A little bit there are people around." he took his hand off my leg "you're right there are people around plenty of people to watch." I pulled away from him with a "huh?" there was something different about his eyes. He grabbed my hair at the base of my ponytail and rammed my face into the metal luggage hold my nose broke and my teeth gave a bit blood spilling into my mouth. People yelled for him to let me go asking what he was doing. A big burly man got out of his seat and tried to pull Bones off of me. Bones looked at him and the man paled. He grabbed the man with his free hand and threw him then mans head connected with the back window with a sickening thwack and the man slumped to the ground. Bones smirked and turned his attention back to me. I looked up at him begging for him to let me go. "No baby we're here now." My eyes widened more in fear. He lifted me by my hair and he rammed my face into a pyrex guard on the bus. Bones observed what he had done. He adjusted his sleeves and tie and got off the bus. He looked out into the darkness and lit a joint as he walked away. *** I came to in a hospital the light hurt my eyes. Squinting slightly I looked around to find *blank* sitting at my side. I was a little surprised that he was here. "You need to leave him Fae." was the first thing out of his mouth. I sighed "You know I cant..." *blank* shook his head unimpressed by my answer. "He's going to kill you someday you know that, yeah?' Tears pricked at my eyes... "No he won't... he just get's mad sometimes..." *blank* sagged a little looking at me in disbelief. "what he did to you wasn't out of being mad Fae... He's unsta-" *blank* faltered as Bones walked into the room. “How you feeling love?” He crossed to the bed and stroked my hair “yeah I’m okay.” Bones smiled softly “*Blank* may I see you outside please?” Blank looked reluctant but nodded and walked out the door. Bones followed him and I was left to my own devices Back to third person now. Blank rounded on Bones. “You need to stay away from her.” Bones smirked “And who is going to make me do that?” this statement made blank bare his teeth “I will.” He snarled. Bones nodded “Good luck with that my friend. See, I own her.” Bones held up a small ornamental glass with a wispy object in it. Blank tilted his head “Wh-what is that?” Bones smiled “it’s her soul she gave it to me willingly do you know what happens to people that lose their soul?” Bones waited for an answer from blank and when he got none he continued “They damn themselves to an eternity of being torn apart.” Bones smiled an almost demonic smile and blank recoiled a little. This made Bones roar in laughter “What makes you think you can help her? You’re pathetic.” Blank chewed on his lip... “What if I gave you mine? But you need to leave her alone.” A smile crept across Bones’ face. “That would make me very happy. Let’s do that.” Bones approached blank and dipped his fingers into blanks chest and he screamed. The lights dimmed and the scene dimmed to black. *** I was discharged from the hospital... Bones had left... I felt heavy and lost what was I going to so now? My eyes were red from crying. I sighed and looked up when I spotted blank I smiled and crossed to him. He pulled me into a hug “ready to go home?” I nodded “Yeh finally.” He opened the door for me and I slid in. He walked around the car and got in next to me. He was backing out of the carpark when someone swiped the back of the car I yelped and blank swore. “That car came out of nowhere. You alright Fae?” I felt dizzy sort of sick and my heart rate was through the roof “Yes I’m ok.” Blank nodded and continued backing out of the park. ** It came to the evening and I was snuggled up on Blanks couch watching the flames of the fire dance as the wood crackled and hissed. I looked up as Blank entered the room he sat down and I snuggled up to him my head on his chest. I frowned in thought “You feel different...” Blank asked me what I meant. “Like... me... before...” I pulled away “You feel like you aren’t you anymore.” I got up from the couch and backed up to the wall. “what did you do?” Blank chewed on his lip “I gave Bones my soul for yours so that he wouldn’t hurt you anymore.” My eyes started watering welling up and overflowing. Blank straightened up asking me what was wrong “It just means that he ca-“ I gasped and blank leant forward. “he can what?” I lifted my hand to point “hurt you too.” Blank turned his head slowly and then saw bones standing behind him he yelped as Bones grabbed his hair he struggled trying to release his grip but he was too late... Bones led him over to the glass coffee table. “Ive been wanting to do this a long time.” Blank looked at me his eyes wide with fear. I looked away as Bones slammed Blanks head into the coffee table the glass broke and Blank screamed glass pierced his eyes and neck. I tried to run but Bones appeared by me and grabbed me I screamed and struggled. I kicked out catching him in the shin Bones grunted letting me go. There was a sound of glass scraping against the floor, then crunching under someone’s weight I was confused how was that possible I looked past Bones to Blank standing there. Unsteady but standing he put his hand into his long jacket and pulled out a gun. He pointed it at Bones and fired. Bones body bucked with the impact he snarled and turned around. “You missed.” Blank smiled a little “No, I didn’t.” Bones looked down as blood soaked his shirt there was a shriek of panic followed by a gutral snarl “what did you do?” He charged at Blank who smiled again. “consecrated silver.” Bones’ face drained of colour as Blank raised the gun again this time training it between Bones’ eyes. “See you in hell assh*le.” He fired again. Bones head exploded in a mist of bone, blood and brain. “Told you he wouldn’t be able to hurt you anymore.” He smiled faintly before collapsing. I rushed over to him tending to his wounds. I put him in his bed and went back to the lounge to clean up. Bones body was gone that’s not possible... I could hear a faint dripping from the kitchen faucet. I walked in and turned the tap all the way off and turned to walk away when I hear a drip drip drip my heart stopped and the breath caught in my throat I swallowed and looked up into the grizzly scene of Bones obliterated face I screamed as he swiped at my face catching me with sharp claws lacerating my face and neck I fell gurgling on my own blood.
