Feel Motivated

For several days I've been consistent in my workout. I feel that I've lost a lot but I'm still scared to hit the weighing scale...hahaha I am trying to cut down on my meat but they are just so tasteful...hahaha. I hope by the end of all these chaos i would have lost and weigh 110 -120lbs. Sometimes I want to take some slimming pills but it just scares me. How can I lose more. Today i weigh 158lbs.... so disgusting...hahahaha Mmm... what else can I do? I wonder?

I feel the need to lose a few more pounds. Eating lean meats, vegetables, and less fruit and exercising more helps me.

don't eat bread, drink more water, drink green tea, "lemon water", keep working out and don't give up!
