I just wanted to post something pretty.

As we all confront the possibility that Covid-19 could kill us all, or that Trump could be re-elected as President of the United States, I just wanted to post something pretty. These are some flowers that I found in my neighborhood. I have no idea what they are. But they're even prettier today than they were two days ago when I took this picture while out cycling. Can you send a pretty picture or two to make us feel happy?

I loved your post. Interesting similarity. I don´t know how to download pictures but I can put a blossom from Pixabay. My own plants are still small, but they are growing.

@TheHorse They are marigolds. They are so hardy that I have 4 daughters of the mothers plants that Claudia gave me for Christmas with buds. I have a lot of very small plants that I planted later on. I hope they bloom in winter or at least stay alive to do it in spring.

I saw a duck while I was getting my afternoon walk in. He was hanging around the McAlester’s, hoping for a handout.

Thank you for the lovely picture. Haven't seen the sun in several days; so I thought I'd post some sunshine.

Your pic, I think is geranium. Pretty isn't it.
Send you many many bouquets of flowers, cheers,

(I am allergic to flowers, so I took a photo of a florist display which was close to one of my workplaces ages ago, after getting a few bouquets for one of my favorite neighbors.)

It is just a picture
. I could even send him picture of gold bars... (or a meadow with plenty of healthy horses)
