@TheHorse They are marigolds. They are so hardy that I have 4 daughters of the mothers plants that Claudia gave me for Christmas with buds. I have a lot of very small plants that I planted later on. I hope they bloom in winter or at least stay alive to do it in spring.

@TheHorse Those are bougavilla I know the spelling is not right.This is all over in Central America.Very hard to grow in our climate here.Mike finally found the way to keep it going.

@MALUSE The weird of those pansies is that I did not buy them and they grew in a vase where I planted dill seeds. Surely the seeds of past year yellow pansies fell in the vase, but why did they change color?

It looks to me like a geranium or pelargonium. It would be a variegated geranium or pelargonium because of the variegated leaves. Here is a melaleuca (paperbark) in full bloom.

It is geranium. Only issue is Pony was still drowsy when he took that picture...so it came out like something from cameras with lower resolution.

(I am allergic to flowers, so I took a photo of a florist display which was close to one of my workplaces ages ago, after getting a few bouquets for one of my favorite neighbors.)
