Safe Inside Before the Thunderstorms

Was out on the deck trying to take some bird photos. The sun has been shining all day and in the 80s.
All of a sudden the wind picked up. The skies turned a very dark blue. And I could feel the temperature change. I grabbed my camera and inside I came.
Just in time. Now there is thunder, lightning, hail and sheets of rain. This came out of nowhere. Even though it was forecasted. You never know about the weather.
Safe inside now. I will sign off for now in case the power goes out. Enjoy your evening.

@CarolDM We've had sunny weather, until last night. Now, it's in the 50s all week. I don't mind at all, the excessive heat is awful! In North Carolina my son-in-law cleared the yard, because it was gonna storm. As he stepped inside the house, a tornado touched down in the yard and ripped their sliding glass door off! It missed him, by about two minutes:(

Stay safe from those storms. We are going to be on the cold side of that system so just some periodic rain, and cold temps for us.
