Today's workshop find

We have been spending just an hour a day tidying up the workshop but today we no sooner got started than you had a downpour of rain which kept us there for well over our hour. We got nearly two inches of rain so the grass will really be jumping out of the ground now.
The photo is of today’s find. What do you think it is? Maybe it’s a Christmas stocking for an elf or perhaps it’s an Ugg boot affair for a toddler. In actual fact, it is a cover for the head of a golf club.
I can’t imagine that golf club heads need to be kept warm. I guess the function would be to protect the head from damage. But it’s a lovely fluffy fabric and a pretty colour.

@moffittjc I'm hopeless at sewing. I can't even hem handkerchiefs straight - but I could crochet one quite easily.
