Frozen treats to fight the heat

The heat is getting to be unbearable that we had to turn on the AC even before 9 am. We are fortunate that a neighbor is a retailer of ice cream so it is convenient to buy. Now we can have frozen treats every day. I just hope that we wouldn't experience power failure so the fridge would be a safe storage for the ice cream.

The half gallon can last for 2 days in our home... there are only 3 of us here.

These days I always wish we won't have power failure because I rely on my fan to stay indoors.

It would be punishing to stay at home with no electricity. That would kill us.

Our weather today is 33°C and it's very warm. We don't any ice cream to eat. We just take a shower.

A shower is fine but that temperature is searing hot. You need an air conditioner.

@Alexandoy Yes it's temporary. While taking a shower you feel cool but when you're done, you feel warm again.

My wife prefers Nathaniel's buko ice cream. I like Arce. But our neighbor is selling Selecta only.

@Janet357 yes, Nafhaniel's is from Pampanga. We used to buy there when it was not available yet in SM.

@Alexandoy same with me. Arce is my choice too. i dont like.selecta and magnolia, they are very sweet. Nathaniels perhaps originates in Pampanga. I tried their stuff but, Arce is still better along with blue bunny.
