Flash and Arrow Crossover

A few days ago, I posted that I'm catching up with the TV show 'The Flash'. Then I came into an episode that the other DC superheroes came into the scene. I got excited... only to be dismayed in the end. The story will be continued in an episode of the TV series, 'Arrow' (The Green Arrow). I forgot all about these crossovers between the shows. Now, I have to find out which season and the episode of the Arrow where the story is continued.
